Returns, exchanges and complaints

We want cooperation with our wholesaler to be fully satisfactory for you. However, if for some reason you want to return or exchange the purchased goods, we will be happy to help you.

Returns

  • You have the right to return the purchased goods within 30 days of the date of receipt, without giving a reason.
  • The returned goods must be intact, unused and in the original packaging.
  • To make a return, contact us and we will inform you about the next steps.

Exchanges

  • If you want to exchange the purchased goods for a different size, color or model, contact us and we will check availability and propose possible solutions.
  • The exchanged goods must be intact, unused and in the original packaging.

Complaints

  • If the received goods are defective or inconsistent with the contract, you have the right to file a complaint.
  • The goods subject to complaint should be properly secured for transport.
  • A description of the defect and proof of purchase must be attached to the complaint.
  • Complaints are considered within 14 days of their receipt.
  • If the complaint is accepted, the goods will be repaired, replaced or a refund will be made.
